We finally did it! Welcome to the sole resource for your personal watercraft law, fire, military, lifeguard, search and rescue community! The American Watercraft Association meets K38 Water Safety and it’s a team that can’t be beat!

The AWA and K38 are pleased to introduce our occupational users to H2O Responder for current news, information, resources, equipment and to support the community we serve best. This is the first program offered to our government law loan users, which will assist members with information for their on duty needs and concerns.

K38 Water Safety has been involved with the education, standards, training and working on the water in dynamic conditions for over 2 decades of service to every user group that has existed utilizing personal watercraft, from racing to rescue and patrol, to the legislative process. The AWA is our partner for progress!

H2O Responder is your source for information, whether it be new equipment, training standards or successful rescues or resource management issues, you will get connected with professionals from all over the world, their diverse backgrounds and their real life stories. This is your network, so get on the AWA team and together H2O Responder and you will make a significant difference in occupational applications and solutions for personal watercraft around the world!

How To Sign Up For a H20 Responder Membership

We need the following information: Your name, address, agency letterhead, and $15.00 (payable by cash, check or Visa/Mastercard).

You can do this over the telephone by calling us at 1-800-913-2921 or you can mail all of the information needed above to P.O Box 1993, Ashburn, VA 20147, Attn. Chris Manthos.

Once you have done that, you will receive the award winning Ride PWC Magazine, and a special H20 Responder membership card.
